At My Pet Orbit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if opened/used)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge.
  • For exchanges (size, color, or item), please contact us before sending your product back.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).
  3. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us.
